Hi all, I know it’s been a while. Life does that to us sometimes. But, I have great news; Book 3, Ghost Tale is now available as both paperback and Kindle on Amazon. Yay!

During the short hiatus I have been making progress with the next book in the series. So far it is named Ghost Hell but don’t quote me on that, it may change! My books often develop a life (and mind) of their own. Am I a pantser? Yes, to an extent despite my careful initial planning. Oh well, it’s always fascinating to see where the next book takes me.

HI LITES

It’s been a bit full on this last few weeks what with one thing and another. I deserve a break, I know, I know, it seems I’ve been doing nothing much lately. Not true. So, I’ve decided to take myself off for a few days with my tent, my dog, and a stack of paper and pencils I am going to walk, write and plot. Do a fine weather dance for me. After all, it can’t be any less reliable than the official daily weather forecast!

Ghost Plan, Book 2 of Shades of Meaning is now out on Amazon in both paperback and Kindle. Again I look forward to hearing what you think of it. You can find out more about the book here.

Grace is trying to adjust to her new reality but Michael is not making things any easier. She finds herself trying to prevent more murders while fielding the CSC and the many mutants they have made her responsibility.

Book 3 Ghost Tale will be out around the beginning of August

HI LITES

We have finally had a week or ten days of summer here in the northeast of England. It seems to be finished now sadly but we managed to take advantage of it while it lasted with a trip to the beach. Seaham Beach no longer has the beautiful glass pebbles scattered around as it did when we were children. They have all been scavenged by voracious visitors. We are lucky now to find any that are bigger than a grain of rice. Nevertheless, the beach is still worth a visit especially if you round the day off with fish and chips. Which we duely did!

I am now putting the finishing touches to book two, Ghost Plan, and it will be published in the next few weeks.

A double celebration is on the cards at the beginning of June as not only is the first book of my new series being published but on the same day my daughter is celebrating her birthday. Two celebrations! Does that mean two bottles of wine? I think so 🙂

I have been busy this month with putting the finishing touches to the first books in my new series, Shades of Meaning. The first book, Ghost Shy, will be published in June this year. I’m just going through the final editing and proofreading of it now.

The covers are all done so it shouldn’t be too long. I’m excited to get it published and find out what you think of it.

Book two, Ghost Plan and book three, Ghost Tale are almost ready to follow. I’ll update you more on those once I get Ghost Shy out of the way.

HI-LITES

Did I mention I have a Border Collie? She is three years old now and demands a lot of exercise. Exercise in the form of walking. And I’m sure I must have mentioned how much I dislike exercise. Of any nature. We have a daily tussle as to how long a walk should be and how often they should occur. But what can I do? She usually wins and I walk far more than I want to. Upside? Well, I suppose it stops me from becoming a couch potato and it gives me time to plan out a new scene for the next book. You have to take the wins where you can find them!
